There are a few residents left in this ghost town. It is located in Durham Region in the Township of Uxbridge north of the village of Balsam and SW of Chalk Lake. Located on the Oak Ridges Moraine it is near the Glen Major Forest Trail. REMAINS: Old homes, the church is still in use, School and 3 mills. |
