Located on private property (Wyman Ranch) in the hills south of Tehachapi, CA. (approx. 2.5 miles) Approx .5 miles past locked gate at the south end of Currie Street in Tehachapi. Old lime kilns are still there along with several buildings and shantys. Town was made up of Chineese laborers that worked the lime kiln. Town was in existance when Los Angeles Aqueduct was built in abt 1914, however soon there after faded away. Submitted by: Bill Steele |
