No Residends, On Hwy 62 east of Twentynine Palms about 8 miles then take dirt road south and follow about 5 miles. You will find where the buildings once stood and grave yard once was. Old gold town . You can can still find gold there, I have many times. Worked there 20 years ago as a watchman. Realy cool place . No people around for miles. Take plenty of water if you go here and watch for rattlesnakes. REMAINS: Few, but good place if you have Mettle detecter |
Old gold town, Shut down during WW1 in early 1900's all the men went to war. The town died. You can still find remains there. But all the buildings have parished. Submitted by: James Winchester |
