GRID: 1
CLIMATE: Snow in Winter, pleasant summer.
BEST TIME TO VISIT: Summer only!

Smuggler was a tiny camp built around the Smuggler mine. There was at peak population about two to three hundred residents. Smuggler had a post office and a commissary. The mines closed in 1928 but some residents remained. Today, no one lives at Smuggler. Only what is left of a great town and mine remain. Submitted by: Todd Underwood
