COMMENTS: Do not visit: the people who own the property now are unfriendly and possibly dangerous. REMAINS: An old water slide, mini-golf shack, and abandoned petting zoo are there, but all in ruins

Seven Ponds became a ghost town in 1999, under mysterious circumstances. The little water park closed, and the people left in droves. Now the property was bought by folks directly off the set of "Deliverance"; they live in about four rusted out campers and chase people off the property with a vengeance. Could be a remaining faction of the Branch-Davidian Cult, so stay away. Submitted by: Kory Toms
