REMAINS: Cemetary,schoolhouse(on Greening Rd.) , a few newer houses, bar.

From what I've been told... Once called Sanilac center,it had a sawmill,small stock yard,&docks out to Lake Huron. Was also a trading post for local residents. Later called Pine Hill then became part of Applegate. Submitted by: Marty Graham

Later called Pine Hill then became part of Applegate. Submitted by: Marty Graham. The School house is no longer standing now. No one can remember how long it has been down.
