Forest Hill was formed shortly after Concord in 1796 and was taken over by Concord a few years later. The town was adjoining Concord to the West, and Buffalo Ave divided the two towns until they became one. The site today is still a part of Concord starts at the end of the North Union Historic District. There is a sign commerating the Town of Forest Hill at the corner of North Union and Buffalo in the lawn of Locke Mill Plaza. Submitted by: Ted
