COMMENTS: 4 Mi. East of Mullen, NE. turn North on the gravel road over the BNSF Railroad track (Caution: extremely busy rail line, look both way's) Go 1 1/2 blocks North, the Old NE. Hwy 2 right of way cut's down thru the valley on the East going toward Seneca,(Private Property-permission is needed to enter) You will have to go 3 Mi. East on the old right of way. Kelso was on both sides of the Middle Loup River on the North side of the track's but was tied in to the Burlington Railroad but not a major point then.
REMAINS: extremely minor foundation's & wood that has degraded to almost nothing
