| OJO DEL PADRE / GUADALUPE. A small ranching settlement, located on the Rio Puerco River, 25 mi W of San Ysidro. Known by both names, 'ojo del padre' spring of the father because of a small spring housed in a small stone structure.These small communities were unique in that most of the inhabitants were a kin to each other.
