COMMENTS: Perry. Located in the extreme NW corner of Roosevelt County, New Mexico. Just north of Deep Lake and NE from TolarIt is also due north from Sunshine, Cantara and Krider. Do you have your bearings now? REMAINS: Nothing

Perry. Spawned by the land rush of the early 1900's. Perry was one of those little settlements that never got its own post office.They probably had a school but nothing has been recorded except one line in my reference book "Roosevelt County History and Heritage"which may be obtained by writing to the Portales Chamber of Commerce or the Hysterical Society.
