Spring Valley Station, or Stone House, was a stop on the Overland Sage route from 1861 until 1869. After the Overland folded, the station was used by the Wooddruff and Ennor stage line. A fine stone station house was built and lodging and fine food were offered to the travelers. After the stage line stopped running, Stone House was active as a small ranch. Today the beautiful stone house still stands. A unique part of the house is the well that is located inside the house. Spring Valley Station is worth the trip.
