Citra Indian Territory At the time my Grandfather was born this was District 15 Choctaw Nation And at the time his father James Napoleon Yates was Postmaster there it was District 15 Choctaw Nation.Today Citra is in the Chickasaw nation.Citra --In the southwestern corner of Hughes County, a postoffice was there from April 10,1894 to May 29,1931.
