NAME: Parkland COUNTY: Lincoln ROADS: 2WD GRID: 1 CLIMATE: Normal Oklahoma weather BEST TIME TO VISIT: Anytime

COMMENTS: Parkland used to have at least 2 banks & was an oil boom town with a large population. There are just a few houses left there now, along with a cemetery & a church. REMAINS: Old falling-down general store; everything else is gone now. It is, however, still on the state road map just north & east of Chandler, Oklahoma.
