COMMENTS: Two miles south of Grapetown near South Grape Creek, thirteen miles south of Fredericksburg. Take several country roads to get to the town site. REMAINS: Unknown

Bankersmith is similar to Grapetown because it ceased to exist after the disuse of the Fredericksburg & Northern Railroad. Bankersmith began as a depot on the railroad named after Temple D.
