COMMENTS: South of Iraan Texas a few miles, there some history there in Iraan musem of Red Barn TX, an old oil town own by a rancher 1900 to 1936's or so. REMAINS: Foundations

My grandfather ran a gas station there, I have a old letter he wrote from Red Barn, with headliner with the name of Red Barn, TX. In 1936 when oil was found around there people had no place to live so the rancher build rooms in his red barn which later burned the place down and from there the moved about.
