COMMENTS: Originally a railroad town.
REMAINS: Nothing.

Settled around 1910 Woodard was a farming community. There was a post office, school and store located here along with many farm houses. By 1950 the store was closed and the post office shut down. The school was moved to another town. The old town sight today is all farm lands. This photo is the only old building I could locate in the area of what I was told was the old town sight of Woodard.
