William Bell "Kentuck" was a civil war veteran who built this cabin and lived there until he died in his 90's. Originally the cabin had two stories. When Kentuck died he was buried by Burro John and Al Francis of Fort Misery on a hill across from his cabin. His cabin was later occupied by others and then torn down by the Forest Service. |
