Not too far from Silverton, a pleasant area. REMAINS: One cabin and some mining remnants. |
| The first claims made in this area were in 1892. Many claims were made after that and a small town grew up around the claims. Then, in 1940, the Blanco Mining company bought all the claims and the mines were sporadically worked over the next few years. Today, there is only one cabin standing and some mining remnants.
