ROLLINSVILLE

COMMENTS: This isn't a ghost (but has a very low population). It has a lot of old buildings and is the terminus for the Moffat Tunnel and Rollins Pass. The town is in between Nederland which is home of Eldora Ski Resort and Black Hawk and Central City which are home to many casinos. REMAINS: Lots of old buildings, foundations and such.

Rollinsville sits on Hwy 119 between Nederland and Blackhawk. The town was an old stagecoach stop that went from Black Hawk to Estes Park. It's also near the terminus for Moffat Tunnel and Rollins Pass (which first was used in 1862). The town has the Stage Stop Inn which opened first in 1868. Submitted by: Ryan Sullivan-Elkins
