REMAINS: A few homes, the old Bay Harbor Post Office was torn down in the 1990s and now there is a parking lot for the Panama City Paper Mill.
Founded in the late 1800s, Bay Harbor was a thriving port because of the paper mill being the lifeblood of the county. The town is now mainly paper mill property with the old post office demolished now used as a parking lot. Submitted by: Mark Pippin
