A mill town, founded about 1900, folded in 1925 with the closure of the Union Cypress Railroad. This railroad ran to Deer Park along present day alignment of University Blvd (Melbourne), Fell Rd (West Melbourne), Milwaukee Ave (June Park) and remaining railroad tresses in Little Lake Sawgrass.
