Named for Majel Wright, daughter of Jim Wright, Majel was a spur on the Santa Fe Railway. Built in the early 1920's, Majel was a shipping point for grain which was loaded by hand from a wooden loading dock so that wagons could drive onto it. It ceased to exist in the late 1920's or early 1930's. Submitted by: Jerry Ferrin
