REMAINS: Small Log Building

Antelope Springs was a Pony Express stop beginning in 1860. The station was a victim of an Indian attack that destroyed the building. It was not rebuilt until the Overland Stage and Mail Company took over the line. The company built a small log station, repaired the Pony Express corrals, and used the site until 1869. Only a small log building remains at the site.
